  • Shoes off, please.<\/strong>\u00a0Remove your shoes before entering the studio.<\/li>\n
  • Clean hands only.<\/strong>\u00a0Sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival.<\/li>\n
  • Give the room space.<\/strong>\u00a0Please wait in the courtyard or adjacent lobby while the previous class
    \nexits and the studio resets.<\/li>\n
  • Come prepared.<\/strong>\u00a0Please bring your own towel and water.<\/li>\n

    • In-Studio Group Classes:<\/strong>\u00a012-hour cancellation window.\u00a0No exceptions.<\/strong>
      \nLate cancellations result in loss of the class plus a\u00a0$15 fee<\/strong>.
      \nNo-shows<\/strong>\u00a0result in loss of the class plus a\u00a0$20 fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

      Scheduling & Waitlist<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

      • Classes may be cancelled up to one hour<\/strong> prior to start time if fewer than
        \n3 clients<\/strong> are registered.<\/li>\n
      • Waitlist Policy:<\/strong> Waitlisted clients must check the schedule to confirm if they
        \nhave been added. Notifications are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n
      • If you are added from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy applies. Clients

        • All private sessions and packages are non-refundable<\/strong>, have a
          \n90-day expiration<\/strong> \u2014 no exceptions<\/strong> \u2014 and are non-transferable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Monthly Memberships:<\/strong> Memberships are on auto-renew. Your plan will renew at the
          \nend of your 3- or 6-month contract term. If you wish to opt out, please contact us prior to renewal.<\/li>\n
        • Monthly members may place their membership on hold for one (1) month only<\/strong>
          \nduring their contract term. A $25 hold fee<\/strong> applies.<\/li>\n
        • Early termination:<\/strong> Monthly contracts must be bought out to terminate before the
